The Cliff Path

Meandering for almost 12km along the Hermanus coastal cliffs, the Cliff Path is one of South Africa’s most spectacular and well-known coastal walks. The journey starts at the New Harbour and hugs the coastline all the way to Grotto beach. Scenic benches are dotted along the path offering peaceful pit stop points to take in the sea views. This route also offers excellent whale watching and birding opportunities.
