Subject to Availability: All Offers are subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability is not guaranteed and is limited to the terms of the specific promotion.

General Terms: Offers are only applicable for new bookings and cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations. The hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Offer at any time without prior notice. Misuse of any Offer, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, may result in the booking being cancelled without any compensation.

Perks and Benefits: All perks, benefits, value adds, and specifics of the Offer will be listed in the promotion details. Customers should review these details to understand what is included in the Offer.

Additional Conditions: Any additional terms and conditions specific to an Offer will be provided in the promotion details. Customers are responsible for reviewing these additional terms before booking.
- Acceptance: By initiating a booking or reservation of an Offer, customers confirm that they have reviewed and accepted all the terms and conditions associated with the Offer as detailed in the promotion and this policy.
Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms:
- Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
- The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
- Check-In Time: 14:00.
- Check-Out Time: 11:00.
- All rates include full breakfast and 15% VAT.
- Regrettably, children under 12 years cannot be accommodated.
- Minimum stay requirements are at the discretion of hotel management.
- The owners and management of the hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or possessions of guests.
Cancellation Policy:
- If a cancellation is made 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total booking amount will be forfeited.
- In the event of a premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and depend on the ability to re-let the rooms.

This includes sharing your first and last name, birthdate, home country, The Living Journey Collection hotels you've stayed at and any competitions, draws or promotions you have made use of or won, as well as the same details for any other person whose information you submitted on our website, or directly to us, for which you take sole and entire responsibility, on marketing emails and social media in relation to our advertising and marketing efforts.
