Our breakfast offering includes an extensive cold buffet with home baked breads. We also offer a selection of plated meals to choose from ranging from healthy to indulgent options. The Living Journey Collection All Day Dining Menu features a selection of light meals and tasty snacks. These can be served in our restaurant, on our garden terraces or in the comfort of your room, 24-hours a day.

Menu Living Journey Salad (R160)

A wonderful salad of roasted seasonal vegetables on a bed of Couscous, topped with shredded feta cheese and herbs. Served with freshly baked home-made bread.

Blue Cheese Salad (R160)

A bowl of fresh seasonal greens, topped with a delicious local blue cheese, served with cherry balsamic vinegar, local olive oil and toasted walnuts and freshly home-baked bread.

Tagliatelle Pasta (R195)

This delicious pasta is available either with fresh baby tomatoes and mushrooms
sauteed in local olive oil, or a simple home-made tomato sauce. The freshly grated
parmesan cheese can be served on the side or tossed over the pasta.
This dish comes with a delicious crisp side salad drizzled with vinegarette.

Toasted Panini (R195)

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, this toasted panini comes with a choice
of brie and fig; mozzarella, tomato and basil; or ham and goats’ cheese. It is served
with crisps, and a mixed salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Local Cheese and Charcuterie Board for two (R395)

A basket of home-baked breads served with a wonderful selection of local cheeses,
charcuterie meats, and two roses of smoked salmon, served with marinated olives
and local farm preserves on the side.

Selection of Sandwiches (R95)

The following sandwiches are served with crisps and a fresh side salad.

– Cheddar cheese, tomato, and cucumber.

– The All-Green Sandwich; avocado, lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, and coriander.

– The Living Journey Club Sandwich; stacked tall with mustard, mayonnaise, fresh
greens, crispy bacon, and tomato.
